Shipping & Processing Times

How long until my case ships?

Most Lucid 3D Designs cases are made to order. Please read the timeline below before purchasing — ordering signals you’ve reviewed and accepted these times.

Processing time

• In-stock items (deck boxes, generic ETB cases): ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order ETB cases: print and quality-check in 3–7 business days, then ship.
• Custom orders: 7–14 business days depending on design complexity. We’ll confirm a timeline by message before printing.

Shipping

• All orders ship from the United States via USPS or UPS Ground.
• Standard domestic transit time is 2–5 business days once shipped.
• Tracking is emailed automatically when your label is created.

International

We currently ship within the United States. International requests are handled case by case — contact us first.

Delays

We’ll always reach out if a print fails, a material is back-ordered, or anything else pushes your delivery date. You can reply to your order confirmation any time for a status update.
