Frequently asked questions — Lucid 3D Designs

FAQ — Lucid 3D Designs

Everything you need to know before ordering a Lucid 3D Designs case. Don't see your question? Drop us a message.

Will this case fit my ETB?

Each listing is engineered around the exact dimensions of the named set's Elite Trainer Box. The case fits the sealed factory box snugly — no rattling, no extra slop. If your set isn't listed, order a custom case.

What material are the cases made of?

The body is 3D printed in PLA — durable, lightweight, and matte. The front panel is clear acrylic. The lid is held by embedded magnets for a clean snap.

What colors are available?

Black is standard on every case. Select listings also offer white or cyan blue. Need a specific color? Message us before ordering.

How long until it ships?

See our full shipping & processing times. Short answer: 3–7 business days for made-to-order ETB cases, 1–3 for in-stock items.

Can you make a case for a set you don't list?

Yes. Order the Custom ETB Display Case listing and tell us the set name in the order notes, or message us first.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. Contact us if you have a specific request — we'll see what's possible.

How do I clean the case?

Wipe the acrylic with a microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents — they'll fog the front panel. The printed body can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.

Are these officially licensed by Pokemon?

No. Lucid 3D Designs is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company or Nintendo. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
