Returns & Refunds

Our policy

We want you to love the case sitting on your shelf. If something’s wrong, here’s how we make it right.

Damaged in transit

If your case arrives broken, cracked, or with a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Print defects

If you notice a print issue (layer separation, warping, fitment problem) within 14 days, contact us with photos. We’ll reprint and reship.

Change of mind

Because cases are made to order, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. Please double-check the set name and color before checking out.

Custom orders

Custom designs are final sale once production begins. We’ll always confirm specs with you before we hit print.

How to start a claim

Message us with your order number and clear photos. We respond within 1–2 business days.
